Stress is the main cause of missed and irregular periods so, you should try to keep yourself stress free and relax.

  1. Avoid over workout:

It is good to do exercise regularly but, you need to avoid over exercising because it will make you feel tired and cause irregular periods.

  1. Treat your medical illness:

If, you are suffering from medical problems like PCOS, Pelvic disorder and hormonal dis-balance then, it is very important to consult with doctor and take a proper medical treatment.

  1. Avoid birth control pills:

It is highly recommended not to use birth control pills because it is very dangerous for a women’s body. It will not only able you to face irregular periods issue but, also decrease the chances of getting pregnant.
