Ingredients you will need:
- Chopped garlic cloves
- chicken thigh fillets
- turmeric powder
- chopped onion
- red chili powder
- Chopped tomatoes
- ground cumin
- ground coriander
- grated ginger
- Chopped fresh coriander
- First of all, take a one cup of oil and add onion, garlic and ginger, fry it until the onion get brown in color.
- Now, add chicken, turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
- Fry it in low flame for five to 10minutes or until the chicken get golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cooked it for for 20minutes.
